| Whether you are have been a therapist for years, or are a new professional who is interested in learning more about Private Practice, this class is for you; designed with you in mind. |
| Two Classes To Choose From: Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:00 pm or Fridays 10:00 - 11:00 am |
| Eight Week Sessions March 1 - April 19 for Tuesday Classes March 4 - April 22 for Friday Classes |
As a student, you will be instructed on the fundamentals of being in practice for yourself. You
will discover the business end of being a private practitioner and what it takes to "make it."
During the first class, you will be given a notebook and handouts for the first week's topic.
Each subsequent class, you will be given handouts to add to your notebook. At the completion
of the eight weeks, your notebook will contain information that you can use as a reference for
years to come.
Topics will include things like:
An Overview of Private Practice - Pro's vs. Con's Insurance vs Private Pay Clients
Practice Start Up - What you need to get started Developing Your Plan / Vision
Finding Your Niche' How Do I Know What To Charge?
Marketing & Marketing Strategies Building Referrals
